Terms of Use Agreement

By using uNFT (the “App”), you accept this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) which is made between you and the App’s creators (the “Creators”)

Eligibility

To access or use the App, you must be at least 13 years old.

License

Your usage of this App must only be as expressly permitted by these Terms. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Creators.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and your compliance with these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, limited and revocable license to access and use the App. You are not granted a license or any other right to copy, “scrape”, or store any contents of the App on any device.

Rankings

The App provides rankings of NFTs. We do not provide any guarantees or warranties regarding the accurracy of any of the rankings on the App. We reserve the right to change and adjust the rankings as we see fit or as required. Usage of the rankings on this App are at your own risk and the Creators shall in no circumstance be held liable for any damages resulting from the rankings.

Warranty Disclaimer

NOTHING ON THE APP SHALL CONSTITUTE OR BE CONSTRUED AS FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE OR INVESTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS.

YOUR USAGE OF THE APP AND ITS CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE APP AND ALL CONTENT (INCLUDING ALL RANKINGS) AND SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE APP ARE MADE AVAILABLE ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. THE CREATORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE CREATORS MAKE NO CLAIMS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, CORRECTNESS, QUALITY OR RELIABILITY OF THE APP CONTENT (INCLUDING ALL RANKINGS), ITS SAFETY OR SECURITY, OR THE APP’S INTEROPERABILITY, UNAVAILABILITY OR SECURITY VULNERABILITIES. THE CREATORS DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS OR OTHER INACCURACIES RELATING TO THE APP AND ITS CONTENT.

Indemnity

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Creators from and against any and all claims by third parties, losses, costs and expenses, damages and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), arising out of or relating to your use of the App, its content, or any products or services obtained by you from a third party, via the App.

Limited Liability

IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES, SHALL THE CREATORS’ BE LIAABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES OR DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP OR ANY SERVICES OR CONTENT ON THE APP, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP OR ANY SERVICES OR CONTENT ON THE APP, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY

Severability

If any part of this Agreement is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable the remainder will continue in full force and effect.

Revisions

We may revise these Terms from time to time, without prior notice. Revised Terms will supersede prior versions. You are advised to check these Terms often. If you do not agree to the the revised Terms, you should stop using the App.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the App owner’s country of citizenship without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of a dispute, you and the Creators agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts in the Creators chosen jurisdiction.
